The online applications, known as TheVolunteerSpace.com, are licensed to your organization or business by Web Concepts, Inc (hereafter referred to as "WCI").

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the TheVolunteerSpace.com applications, including present and future features offered by WCI and other services which may be offered from time to time by WCI for use with your TheVolunteerSpace.com account (each feature individually and collectively referred to as the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

This Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or to minors who have parental consent to open and maintain an account.

As a condition of your use of the Service, you affirm to TheVolunteerSpace.com, that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

The Service is provided to individuals or for commercial use, but the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.

By registering with TheVolunteerSpace.com, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Service Agreement. WCI may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate service without cause or notice, should the user's conduct fail to conform to these conditions.

1. We are an Internet-based business and we use the Internet to send and receive certain types of communications. You agree to be bound by Internet regulations, policies and procedures.


2. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. You also agree not to use TheVolunteerSpace.com for illegal purposes; not to interfere or disrupt networks or databases connected to this service; and to comply with all the rules, policies and procedures for this service.


3. You will not use TheVolunteerSpace.com to send junk email, spam, chain letters or use email lists that contain any person that has not specifically agreed to be included on that list.


4. You agree not to post, through TheVolunteerSpace.com, any objectionable material including, but not limited to, unlawful or harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar or obscene material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate items discussed in #2 above.


5. You agree not to interfere with another member's use of TheVolunteerSpace.com.


6. You agree not to harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.


7. You will not create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message.


8. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the expressed permission by WCI.

SPAM POLICY
Our spam policy at TheVolunteerSpace.com is "zero-tolerance". Anyone found to be generating spam from within our system will have their user privileges revoked immediately. Persons attempting to forward spam email messages inbound to our system will be blocked and prevented from sending further email to any TheVolunteerSpace.com users.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION
WCI may terminate your access to the Service and any related service(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for suspicion of violating any of the items in the End User Terms and Conditions.

MAINTAINING AN ACCOUNT
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password or pass-phrase and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify WCI of any unauthorized uses of the account or any other breaches of security. WCI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

LIABILITY
The information and services included in or available through the Service may include inaccuracies or errors. WCI may make improvements and/or changes to the Service at any time with or without notice.

WCI does not guarantee that TheVolunteerSpace.com will be uninterrupted or error-free, that bugs or that the Service and its servers are free from harmful components. WCI attempts to fix bugs and errors when discovered.

WCI provides it's Service "as is". The Company makes no warranty or covenant in regards to the availability, reliability, or timeliness of the Service. WCI is not responsible for the appropriateness of the Service for any one purpose.

You should be aware that TheVolunteerSpace.com system, used by WCI to deliver your online services, does not encrypt your session under normal use, but does provide encryption during any payment transactions.

WCI will not be held responsible for any and all damages whatsoever as a result of the loss of use, data or profits connected to the performance of TheVolunteerSpace.com. The user is solely responsible for any and all information that passes through or is stored on the TheVolunteerSpace.com servers. WCI is not responsible or liable for any product or service acquired or requested using the Service. The sole remedy is for users to discontinue their use of TheVolunteerSpace.com and its related Web sites.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree that WCI, subsidiaries, officers and employees, cannot be held responsible for any third party claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, ACCOUNT POLICIES
WCI reserves the right to review and change this agreement regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the agreement on this Web site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing WCI policies. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
